Commissions
It's simple -- we offer agents an opportunity to earn some of the highest commissions in the industry by paying a flat commission based on your productivity, plus any bonus commission in effect.
Premier Agents: 9%
Select Agents: 8%
Associate Agents: 7%

Binding Authority
Premier and Select Agents will be granted binding authority on certain classes of business. Your business development consultant can give you more specific information about binding authority.

Profit Sharing
To be eligible for profit sharing you must place $200,000 in annual written premium. Pay-outs are calculated based on a three-year average of annual written premium and favorable loss experience. We also pay a bonus for retention of premium and policies. A $300,000 stop loss on claims ensures you will not be penalized for catastrophic events. Select or Premier agents contracted with Accident Fund Insurance Company of America for one year are eligible.
