Premium Size	Policies up to $50,000 in premium, or in excess of $50,000 when quoted by Accident Fund Insurance Company of America	Policies up to $25,000 in premium, or in excess of $25,000 but not to exceed $50,000 when quoted by Accident Fund Insurance Company of America
Employer's Liability	Premier & Select Agencies may bind coverage on accounts with increased employer's liability that does not exceed $500,000/$500,000/$500,000 on accounts with premium of $1,000 or more
Experience Modification	No account shall be bound by any agent with an experience modification that exceeds 1.00
Schedule Credit	No account with schedule credit authority shall be bound by any agent without the prior written approval of Company
Employer Liability Litigation	All agents shall inquire about any past or present employer liability litigation prior to binding coverage and such information shall be reported to the Company
Limitation on Binding Authority	No agent shall bind any account that is being declined for continued coverage by the account's prior or current carrier or which account has exhibited a recent pattern of adverse loss experience
Notification	All agents shall submit applications and the required deposit to the Company within five (5) business days after binding coverage. Agents shall fax all binders to the Company within 24 hours of the date the account is bound
Acceptable Classes for Binding	No agent shall bind coverage for any risk classification not included here. The binding authority granted herein shall be limited to these risk classifications (link to PDF with class list)
Insured	The insured must have been in business for three years.
