New Employer Liability Limits
Effective 5/15/03, for all new and renewal business, we have added the following option for employer liability limits:
Bodily Injury by Accident: $500,000 each accident
Bodily Injury by Disease: $500,000 each employee
Bodily Injury by Disease: $1,000,000 policy limit
Limits are for the entire policy period to which they are applied. The rate and minimum premium allowed for each state vary based on NCCI.
