Accident Fund announces Kerilyn Kittmann as Accounting Director

March 5, 2007 (LANSING, MICH.) — Accident Fund Insurance Company of America is pleased to announce that Kerilyn Kittmann has been promoted to director of Accounting for the Finance department.

In her new role, Kittmann is responsible for profit planning, general accounting, and federal and state taxes. Additionally she will over see the Premium Receivable and Collection units within the Finance department.

Kittmann has worked at Accident Fund for almost seven years, most recently serving as the general accounting manager, which included managing cost allocation and cost analysis activities and projects. Prior to Accident Fund, Kittmann held positions at Blue Care Network and Citizens Insurance Company of America. She graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

The company also provides third party administration services and disability management. Founded in 1912, Accident Fund is rated “A” (Excellent) by A.M. Best and is a member of Ward’s 50 top property/casualty carriers. Accident Fund is the parent of Wisconsin-based United Heartland, which also writes workers compensation insurance.
