Michael K. Britt: President
Britt was named Accident Fund president in October 2009. He oversees
operations for the company. Previously, he served as executive vice
president & chief operating officer, leading Business Development,
Claims, Corporate Underwriting, Marketing and Service Center. Britt
joined Accident Fund in 2006 after serving as president of Citizens
Insurance Company. Other positions he held with Hanover Insurance Group
include regional vice president, as well as personal lines manager,
group manager and sales manager. Britt is a Certified Insurance
Counselor and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.

Steven
C. Hess: Executive Vice President,
General Counsel
Hess joined Accident Fund in 2003 to lead the Office of the General
Counsel, which encompasses corporate legal, government affairs,
regulatory and compliance, litigation and contract management
responsibilities.
Hess has extensive legal experience, including serving as senior vice
president and general counsel with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
from 1988 to 2003. He has served as president of Blue Care, Inc., a
board member of Blue Care Network – Mid-Michigan, a member of the board
of directors of Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire, and a member of
the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the Michigan General Counsel
Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.

Keith
D. Adkins: Vice President, Marketing
Adkins has been an Accident Fund team member since 1986. He leads
Accident Fund’s marketing strategies, internal and external
communications and event. His Marketing team includes Agency Relations,
Corporate Communications and Corporate Events. In his 23 years with
Accident Fund he has held many positions, including Business Development
manager; Agency Relations, vice president; and Regional
Operations/Business Development, vice president.

Linda Barnes: Vice President,
Service Center
Barnes oversees customer service initiatives, billing and processing.
Joining Accident Fund in 1985 as a file runner, Barnes has served in a
variety of progressively more responsible roles, including medical
payment technician, claims examiner, account
representative and team lead – Great Lakes, Central and Southern. She
served as director of Service Center before she was named vice president
in December 2008.

Al
Gileczek: Vice President, Business Development Regional
Operations
Gileczek oversees Accident Fund’s national underwriting practices, sales
strategies, research, and regional growth and development. Gileczek
previously served as regional vice president at Citizens Insurance. He
holds the professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty
Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management.

Jim
Keal: Vice President, Finance and Administration
Keal is responsible for Finance, IT, Administrative Services, Vendor
Management and Project Management at Accident Fund. Keal joined the
Accident Fund enterprise in 2006 as United Heartland’s vice president of
Finance, a role that expanded in 2007 to include both Accident Fund and
United Heartland. Prior to joining the enterprise, Keal held executive
finance positions at Houston Casualty Company, ACUITY, SECURA and
Coopers & Lybrand. He holds the Certified Public Accountant designation.
Keal is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and is the current president of the Insurance Accounting &
Systems Association.

Darcy Kerr: Vice President, Human
Resources
Kerr has more than 17 years in Human Resources experience and leads
the Human Resources team for the enterprise. She has directed
leading-edge programs for Fortune 500 companies across the globe,
specializing in the areas of strategic planning, change and talent
management and leadership development. She joined Accident Fund from
Accenture and has worked in both the public and private sectors.

Lisa Riddle: Vice President, Claims and
Medical Operations
Riddle is responsible for Accident Fund’s claims operations serving
policyholders and their employees across the country. She joined
Accident Fund in 2007 as director of Claims Operations. Previously, she
worked for Travelers Insurance for 31 years, where she served as workers
compensation product lead and vice president of the Michigan Claim
Center. Riddle was named a vice president at Accident Fund in December
2008, and she assumed responsibility for all of Accident Fund’s claims
operations in January 2010.

Richard Znidarsic: Vice President, Information Services
Znidarsic oversees all of Accident Fund’s new technology and
development, systems maintenance and support, hardware systems support,
security and the customer help desk. He has more than 28 years of
experience in information technology. He previously served as the
associate chief information officer with Sparrow Health System. He holds
the professional designation of Certified Professional in Healthcare
Information and Management Systems.
