Accident Fund Insurance Company of America


 
Mike Britt Michael K. Britt, CPCU, CIC
President

Britt was named Accident Fund president in October 2009. He oversees operations for the company. Previously, he served as executive vice president & chief operating officer, leading Business Development, Claims, Corporate Underwriting, Marketing and Service Center. Britt joined Accident Fund in 2006 after serving as president of Citizens Insurance Company. Other positions he held with Hanover Insurance Group include regional vice president, as well as personal lines manager, group manager and sales manager. Britt is a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
 
Keith Adkins Keith D. Adkins
Vice President, Marketing

Keith Adkins is the Vice President of Marketing, leading Accident Fund’s marketing strategies, internal and external communications, and events. His team includes Agency Relations, Corporate Communications and Corporate Events.

Adkins joined the Accident Fund team in 1986 as a workers compensation auditor after earning a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Western Michigan University.

After earning his MBA in 1993, Adkins advanced to positions of business development manager for Southwest Michigan; vice president of Agency Relations; and vice president of Regional Operations/Business Development.

Adkins currently serves on the board of the Leadership Michigan program through the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and is part of Accident Fund’s Executive Contributions Committee.
 

Keith Adkins Linda Barnes
Vice President, Service Center

Barnes oversees customer service initiatives, billing and processing. Joining Accident Fund in 1985 as a file runner, Barnes has served in a variety of progressively more responsible roles, including medical payment technician, claims examiner, account representative and team lead – Great Lakes, Central and Southern. She served as director of Service Center before she was named vice president in December 2008.
 
Al Gileczek Al Gileczek, CPCU, ARM
Vice President, Business Development Regional Operations

Gileczek oversees Accident Fund’s national underwriting practices, sales strategies, research, and regional growth and development. Gileczek previously served as regional vice president at Citizens Insurance. He holds the professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management.
 
Tony Phillips Lisa Riddle
Vice President, Claims and Medical Operations

Lisa Riddle is the vice president of Claims and Medical Operations overseeing Accident Fund’s claims team, which serves policyholders and their employees nationwide. She joined Accident Fund in 2007 as director of Claims Operations and was promoted to a vice president of Claims position in December 2008. Riddle assumed responsibility for all of Accident Fund’s claims operations in January 2010.

Previously, Riddle worked for Travelers Insurance for 31 years, where she served as workers compensation product lead and vice president of the Michigan Claim Center.

Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Ele’s Place, Riddle has also been involved with Habitat for Humanity and Karmanos Race for the Cure.

Riddle graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
