Accident Fund Names Darcy Kerr Vice President Human Resources |

Accident Fund Insurance Company of America is proud
to announce Darcy Kerr as the new vice president of Human Resources. Kerr brings
more than 17 years of human resources experience to Accident Fund and will lead
the Human Resources team for the Accident Fund enterprise.
Kerr joined Accident Fund from Accenture of Chicago, Ill., and has worked in
both the public and private sectors. Her previous human resources experience
includes directing leading-edge programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies
across the globe. She specializes in the areas of strategic planning, change and
talent management, leadership development, learning and curriculum development.

enthusiasm and commitment to the job, understands the business environment in
which we operate and knows how to position the department to drive positive
change internally and throughout the enterprise,” says Victoria Kell, Accident
Fund director of compensation and benefits in the Human Resources. “We are very
excited about the future of our Human Resources department.”
Kerr received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science/English from Grand
Valley State University and holds a master’s degree in Labor Relations/Human
Resources from Michigan State University.
