Instructions for TPA and Large Accounts setting up and connecting to the Citrix Client using Netscape:

  1. Open "Netscape" by clicking on the icon on your desktop.
  2. At the "Netscape" window enter in the "address" box owa.accidentfund.com/remote and click on the Enter key on your keyboard.
  3. The first time you connect to the Citrix Server from your laptop/PC you will have to run this setup. You will receive a window "Citrix ICA Client for Win32 (Plug-in)." Select, Install Citrix ICA Client for Win32.
  4. Next you will receive a "Save As" window to install the Client. In the "Save in" box select the down arrow key and Select C:\Program Files and click on Save. This will take about 3 to 4 minutes to download using a 56k dial-up connection.
  5. After the program has been saved open the "My Computer" icon on your desktop and open "C:\Program Files" and double click on the ica32t.exe file. This will run the ICA Client program.
  6. At the "Citrix ICA Web Client" window "This will install the Citrix ICA Web Client. Do you wish to continue?" select, Yes.
  7. At the "Citrix License Agreement" window select, Yes. You will see the "Citrix ICA Web Client" window installing and disappear this is OK.
  8. At the "Citrix ICA Web Client" window. "Setup completed successfully. You may need to restart your web browser to activate changes" select, OK.
  9. Close all of the windows including the "Citrix ICA Client Installation" window and close the "Citrix Nfuse Netscape" window.
  10. Open Netscape from your desktop icon.
  11. At the "Netscape" window enter in the "address" box owa.accidentfund.com/remote and click on the Enter key on your keyboard
  12. You may want to add owa.accidentfund.com/remote to your "bookmarks."
    • To do this click on "bookmarks" on the tool bar and click on "Add bookmarks"
    • At the "edit bookmark" you may want to change the name to AFC Pyramid.
    • The next time you want to open Citrix from the tool bar select Bookmarks/AFC Pyramid and this will launch the Citrix login screen.
  13. At the "Citrix Nfuse" window enter your Citrix: user name and password and select, Login.
  14. You may or may not receive this message depending on how your PC was setup. Either way the application will still work. At the "ICA Connection Center" window remove the check mark from Always ask before disabling this feature and select OK.
  15. You will now receive the "Citrix Nfuse" page to launch the Citrix window to use your applications. Select the Pyramid icon and this will open the application
  16. At the "Logon information" window enter your Citrix: user name and password and select, OK.
  17. At the "Pyramid System for Windows" window there will be a "Login" window. Enter your Oracle: User Identification and password and Select OK.
  18. To close the Pyramid application File\Exit.
  19. To open the Pyramid application again start from line 11.
