Following the announcement of our acquisition of AmeriTrust Group earlier this year, we wanted to provide a short update on our ongoing integration efforts.
Our teams are working diligently to identify where opportunities and overlap exist – and are making progress on a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. We’re taking a methodical and coordinated approach to ensure a seamless experience for our agents and customers as we organize our collective structure.
Our complementary geographic footprint will enable us to provide industry-leading claims and loss control services to our combined policyholder base – and we’re confident this integration will ensure even greater success for our integrated organization, valued agent partners and collective customers.

Return to Work
Effective return-to-work programs help employees who were injured on the job get back to work in a safe and timely manner. This could include assigning light or alternative duties as the injured employee recovers from their workplace injury or illness – and provides accommodation and support in the process.
Employees win with RTW:
- They remain productive members of the work force
- They know that they are valued
- They know what to expect from their employer
- They return to their normal wages more quickly
Employers win, too:
- Employers with a RTW program report an average of 5.1 weeks for injured employees to reach maximum medical improvement compared to 13 weeks for companies without a program in place. (Crawford and Company Study)
